Job summary
Jobgether seeks a UKG Solutions Architect in the United States to lead complex UKG Pro WFM implementations and design scalable, client-focused solutions. You will guide workshops, translate operational needs into technical strategies, and oversee project delivery with a focus on quality and timelines.
You will mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to workforce management consulting growth while working mostly remotely with occasional travel to client locations, including
Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting with workforce management focus
- 7–10 years UKG Pro WFM implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related discipline
- UKG Pro WFM certification required
- Additional UKG certifications preferred
- Experience leading business process design and implementation
- Strong client engagement and workshop leadership
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, timekeeping and scheduling processes
Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of UKG Pro WFM solutions
- Guide client workshops and translate requirements into solutions
- Oversee project teams and manage delivery risks
- Mentor colleagues and develop consulting capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of UKG technologies and trends
- Travel to client sites as needed (Chicago or other)
