Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools such as Boomi or Workato.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third-party HR, payroll, and financial systems.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.
