Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Boston is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst to configure, implement, and optimize the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.

You will configure, test, and validate configurations; train end users and develop documentation; provide ongoing support; participate in project work and team meetings; and engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Information Systems preferred.
MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation.
Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
Engage in dedicated project work.
Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates.
Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and online training.
