Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced UKG Integration Developer/Lead to design and implement integrations between UKG products and HRIS/payroll systems. The role requires deep analysis of business processes, requirements documentation, and the ability to map data and configure applications.

You will lead complex projects and collaborate with partners to deliver reliable solutions. Preference is given to candidates located near the Metropolitan St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Twelve years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Performs functional analysis, requirements definition and application module configuration and testing.
• Develops functional specifications, data mapping and transaction control tables.
• Identifies and resolves gaps in business processes and supports security setup and data migration.
