Job summary

The Davis H. Elliot Company is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to own and optimize the HR technology stack, including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.

You will manage configurations, governance, reporting, and integrations to support HR, payroll, benefits, and leadership teams. You will partner with IT and business functions to drive data-driven insights, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent exp. considered).
• Five+ years progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• Experience administering UKG Pro/UKG Ready/UKG Dimensions or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, system conversions, or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, and Talent Management processes.
• Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, data feeds, and enterprise apps.
• Advanced knowledge of system configuration, workflow design, security administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• UKG certifications or SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and expert for UKG and HR systems.
• Configure workflows, org structures, security roles, and business rules.
• Manage enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments of new functionality.
• Audit and govern HR data integrity and governance processes.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business ops.
• Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and leadership with reporting needs.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and enhancements.
• Develop system documentation and end-user training.
