Job summary

A leading student living organization seeks a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst for their Chicago headquarters. This role is the primary administrator for the UKG platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal HR process performance. Responsibilities include managing system functionality, supporting reporting and user experience, as well as enhancing HRIS. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with skills in HRIS administration and strong analytical abilities. The position offers a base salary of $73,000 to $85,000 USD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of HRIS administration or HR systems experience, preferably with UKG.
• Experience supporting HRIS configurations, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience developing HR reports and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide high-quality user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the UKG HRIS, managing system functionality and user access.
• Configure and maintain system workflows and organizational structures within UKG.
• Monitor the Total Rewards inbox for UKG-related system requests.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HRIS reports to support HR leadership.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of UKG features.
