- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
- Certifications and expertise in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; or Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
