Role: Senior Associate, UKG in an advisory practice focused on transformation and client solutions.

• Lead workstreams for UKG implementations across products like UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
• Develop and apply project management standards and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of recent UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Certifications and expertise in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; or Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
