Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced UKG Business Analyst to optimize and enhance UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Reporting. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement scalable improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong UKG WFM knowledge (Kronos lineage), experience gathering requirements from business partners, UAT testing, troubleshooting, and translating needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years as BA supporting UKG/Kronos WFM
• Hands-on with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, UKG Ready, or Kronos Workforce Central
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling processes
• Experience conducting UAT testing and managing test cases
• Ability to create functional specifications, process maps, and user stories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Experience supporting payroll integrations
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and workforce analytics

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce management processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Configure and support UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Labor Management.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect tracking activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve defects.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics using UKG reporting tools.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments.
• Assist with change management, training, and end-user support initiatives.
• Ensure workforce management processes remain compliant with company policies and labor regulations.
