An experienced UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, aiming to develop and grow our T&O UKG business.

Job Description:

The UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect will be responsible for:

1. Providing advanced knowledge of UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system, specifically the Timekeeper and Activities modules.
2. Leading workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades related to time and activities, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
3. Facilitating complex sessions with internal and client teams, defining strategic objectives tailored to client needs.
4. Creating detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, cases, user training, and implementation documentation.
5. Offering thought leadership to enhance clients’ operating environments through new processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services based on practical experience and best practices.
6. Managing administrative tasks such as expense tracking and timekeeping for billing purposes.
7. Travel may be required, with the extent depending on business needs.

Minimum qualifications include:

• At least 2 years of experience configuring UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeper module.
• At least 2 years of experience configuring UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Activities module.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If an associate’s degree, then at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points for:

• UKG Professional Certification.
• Experience creating strategic communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present compelling results.
