Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager to provide comprehensive corporate, finance, tax and governance legal support within the UK Office of General Counsel. You will lead corporate transactions, manage Company Secretarial functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Deloitte network.

The role requires strong UK corporate law expertise, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment from the London office.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with deep understanding of UK corporate law.
• Experience in-house in professional services or large complex organisations preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skills with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, governance and finance matters to the UK firm.
• Lead corporate transactional matters including acquisitions and disposals.
• Support the Finance team on external financing.
• Lead the Company Secretarial team.
• Draft and finalise a diverse range of contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate with multiple offices and business units while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks with practical, commercially sound solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with strong planning and deadline discipline.
