You’ll evaluate model outputs, conduct audit-based reviews, follow guidelines precisely, and contribute to improving evaluation frameworks. A strong eye for detail and reliable, steady output are essential in a structured, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in English (UK).
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior and identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
