Job summary
RapDev in the United Kingdom is seeking a Datadog Engineer to work with client environments across cloud and on-prem deployments. You will build monitoring solutions for Infrastructure, APM, and Logs, write automation scripts, and promote observability best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in systems administration and Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Go, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Comfort working across multiple projects and client environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and team to deliver projects across diverse technologies.
- Build and architect cloud and on-prem monitoring solutions for Infrastructure, APM, Logs, etc.
- Write custom scripts for automation based on client needs.
- Design scalable configuration patterns for client environments.
- Advise on observability, SRE, and DevOps best practices.
- Leverage AI trends in the observability ecosystem.
