Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen production support and platform reliability for hundreds of enterprise apps. You will partner with engineering, release management, security, and business stakeholders to prevent incidents and enhance monitoring.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled tooling, and proactive operations, with experience in Dynatrace, ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. Irving, TX-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production support for mission-critical, high-performance applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure Cloud; Unix and networking knowledge.
• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Strong incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 operational support for production systems in a 24x7 environment.
• Monitor application health, performance, availability, and user experience across the platform.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, post-incident reviews, and war rooms.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and health checks across the stack.
• Collaborate with Tier 1–3 teams to rapidly resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Develop automation to reduce manual operational effort and enhance AI-enabled tooling.
