Job summary

Reonic, based in Berlin, seeks a product manager to lead the UK market. You will own the UK roadmap, collaborate with installers, and turn local requirements into reusable platform features. This is a full-time, on-site role in Berlin.

You must have 2+ years in product management, strong research skills, and fluency in English (German a bonus). Expect quarterly UK travel and close work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management in startup or product-driven env.
• Proven ability to improve activation and retention using data.
• Strong research skills blending qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel roughly once per quarter to the UK.
• Ability to define and critique flows and UX.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK market as PM, identify gaps and optimize.
• Engage installers with calls, site visits, and demos.
• Push metrics to improve activation, adoption, retention.
• Build features that fit UK rules and scale to other markets.
• Collaborate with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Set UX/UI quality standards and review flows.
