Job summary

Reonic, based in Berlin, is seeking a Product Manager for IT with strong English and Italian skills. This full-time, on-site role puts you at the heart of our AI and renewable energy platform, working closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

You will own the Italian market, run installer interactions, push activation and retention metrics, and shape local rules and UX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
• Proven ability to improve a metric and explain how you did it.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Italian Market: be the PM for IT, identify gaps and optimize.
• Talk to installers constantly: calls, site visits, demos, support tickets.
• Push metrics: improve activation, adoption and retention for IT installers.
• Build for local rules: ship features meeting IT reality and compliance.
