The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a UIW Community Clinic Office Assistant to support clinic operations, supervise staff, and assist students and patients.
This part-time role offers flexible days with primary hours on Tuesdays or Thursdays 12:15 pm–5:00 pm. Applicants must be current UIW School of Rehabilitation Sciences students and capable of lifting up to 20 lbs. Spanish language ability is preferred.

Position Summary
The UIW Community Clinic Office Assistant will act as the UIW Community Clinic Floor Manager to assist in supervising physical therapist(s), clinic administrators, students, and patients/clients with all clinic duties. The UIW Community Clinic Office Assistant reports to the UIW Community Clinic Lead.

Work Hours
Flexible schedule, with primary hours on Tuesdays or Thursdays 12:15 pm – 5:00 pm (hiring 4 positions – 2 for Tuesdays and 2 for Thursdays). Note – we will work around your scheduled time as a student in the clinic for patient care.
