Job summary

SMX seeks a UiPath Test Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA integration across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web interfaces. You will translate approved test cases into reusable, parameterized automation workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure release readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in QA and 2+ years with UiPath for test automation, including reusable test cases and evidence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
5+ years in software QA, automated testing, or related fields.
3+ years building automated workflows with UiPath Studio.
2+ years using UiPath for test automation and reusable test cases.
2+ years testing SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
Experience automating SAP GUI and/or SAP Fiori tests.
Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

Develop automation components.
Configure test data, variables, checkpoints, exception handling, logging, and evidence capture.
Execute automated test suites and analyze failures.
Differentiate software defects from automation defects.
Update scripts after SAP configuration or release changes.
Report results and defects in the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
Collaborate with functional/technical testers and stakeholders to identify automation candidates and improve regression coverage.
Support UiPath Orchestrator execution, documentation, demonstrations, and troubleshooting of results.
