Job summary

SMX is seeking a UiPath Test Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA integrations. You will convert approved manual tests into reusable UiPath workflows across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web interfaces.

You will collaborate with testers and stakeholders, configure data and logging, execute tests, and help ensure release readiness. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software quality assurance, automated testing, or related roles.
• 3+ years building and maintaining automated workflows with UiPath Studio.
• 2+ years using UiPath for test automation with reusable test cases and assets.
• 2+ years testing SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience automating tests for SAP GUI and/or SAP Fiori.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required at hire and throughout employment.
• Experience with integration, regression, smoke, negative, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated testing solutions using UiPath.
• Translate manual test cases into reusable automated workflows across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web apps.
• Configure test data, checkpoints, logging, and evidence capture.
• Execute test suites, analyze failures, and distinguish defects.
• Collaborate with functional/technical testers, government stakeholders, and UAT teams.
• Support UiPath Orchestrator execution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
