Job summary

SMX is seeking an UiPath Test Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA integration across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web interfaces. The role translates approved manual tests into reusable, parameterized automation workflows and supports end-to-end testing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in software QA, automation, or test engineering.
• 3+ years building automated UiPath workflows.
• 2+ years UiPath test automation experience.
• 2+ years testing SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with SAP GUI and SAP Fiori testing.
• Experience in integration, regression, smoke, negative, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation components.
• Configure test data, variables, checkpoints, logging, and evidence capture.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures.
• Distinguish app defects from automation defects.
• Update scripts after SAP configuration or release changes.
• Report results and defects in Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Collaborate with testers, stakeholders, and DoD teams to identify automation candidates.
• Support UiPath Orchestrator execution, documentation, and troubleshooting of results.
