Job summary

SMX is seeking a UiPath Test Automation Developer to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA integration, translating approved manual test cases into reusable automation workflows across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web apps.

You will collaborate with functional and technical testers, government stakeholders, and UAT teams to expand regression coverage, support release readiness, and document automation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in QA, automation, or related fields.
• 3+ years building UiPath automation workflows.
• 2+ years testing SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Developing automation components
• Configuring test data, variables, checkpoints, exception handling, logging, and evidence capture;
• Executing automated test suites; analyzing failures
• Distinguishing application defects from automation defects
• Updating scripts following SAP configuration, process, or release changes
• Reporting results and defects in the Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Collaborate with functional and technical testers, government stakeholders, system integrators, and UAT teams to identify automation candidates, improve regression coverage, accelerate repeatable testing, and support release and production-readiness decisions
• May support UiPath Orchestrator execution and monitoring, automation documentation, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting of automated test results
