Job summary

SMX is seeking a UiPath Test Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across SAP GUI, Fiori, and web applications to support SAP S/4HANA integration.

You will translate approved manual test cases into reusable, parameterized workflows, collaborate with government stakeholders and UAT teams, and contribute to release readiness through robust evidence and reporting.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and will involve coordinating with DoD teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years combined experience in QA, automated testing, or related fields.
• 3+ years developing and maintaining automated UiPath workflows and test scripts.
• 2+ years UiPath for test automation.
• 2+ years SAP ECC/S/4HANA testing.
• Experience automating SAP GUI and/or SAP Fiori tests.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation components.
• Configure test data, variables, checkpoints, exception handling, logging, and evidence capture.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures.
• Differentiate application defects from automation defects.
• Update scripts with SAP configuration or release changes.
• Report results and defects in the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Collaborate with testers, stakeholders, SI, and UAT teams to identify automation candidates and improve regression coverage.
• Support UiPath Orchestrator execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of results.
