Job summary

Navaide invites an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build scalable robots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. The role can be San Diego-based or remote/ onsite as required.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end automation that increases efficiency and reduces manual workload across client operations, while following governance and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath.
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.
Capture business processes and convert them to detailed technical requirements.
Monitor production bots and apply fixes and enhancements.
