Job summary

Navaide invites an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build scalable robots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. The role can be San Diego-based or remote/ onsite as required.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end automation that increases efficiency and reduces manual workload across client operations, while following governance and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.
• Capture business processes and convert them to detailed technical requirements.
• Monitor production bots and apply fixes and enhancements.

Role: RPA Developer (UiPath)

How you will Make an Impact:

As an RPA Developer (UiPath), you will analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build stable, scalable robots using the UiPath platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to automate processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload across our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.
• Conduct feasibility assessments of automation opportunities.

Process Analysis & Documentation

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture business processes and convert them into detailed technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and deployment documentation.

Testing, Deployment & Optimization

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stable and efficient automations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production bots; implement fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Follow best practices for maintainability, security, and version control.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
• Adhere to automation governance standards, coding guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Manage robot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance within UiPath Orchestrator.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solutions Architect).
• Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Document Understanding or AI/ML features.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Background in business process optimization or process re-engineering.

Clearance:
