Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design.
Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum environments and leading ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Support and manage the Electronic Batch Sheet System (SAP MII) and key users within FEUS
Lead implementation of development and improvement projects to automate manual data entry and data manipulation processes
Research new technology developments and monitor SAP MII industry standards and best practices
Analyze potential impacts on company systems and communicate required actions or recommendations to IT teams and business process owners
Lead and oversee SAP MII and UI5 development activities across multiple sites
Provide strategic technical leadership for front-end and back-end development efforts
Architect and design enterprise-grade SAP UI5 applications focused on user experience, performance, and maintainability
Manage and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 UI5 Solutions Architects
Drive software development, code quality, and deployment best practices
Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for complex applications
Stay current with emerging SAP technologies, web development trends, and industry standards
Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training sessions
Coordinate communication between geographically distributed teams
Provide weekly updates to the Applications Manager
Travel occasionally across company sites
