Job summary

Pinnacle Government Solutions is seeking a UI/UX Developer to shape the user experience and visual design of our digital products for DoD and IC initiatives. You will conduct user research to understand needs and translate insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Work will focus on cohesive, human-centered interfaces that ensure usability across applications. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Strong foundation in color theory and visual design is required.

You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our audience, then translate those insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Your work will focus on creating cohesive, human-centered interfaces that ensure consistency and usability across multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems.

Required Skills:

• Active TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
• Color Theory

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Animation and micro-interaction design skills
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
