Qualifications

• Degree in design or a related field with 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong ability to conduct user research and translate insights into designs.
• Proficient in design tools (Sketch, Figma, XD) and front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle.
• Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
• Gauges usability and suggests improvements.
• Implement design concepts in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.
• Carry out user research and derive design insights.
• Test new ideas before implementing them.
• Drive UI/UX consistency across products.
