Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Product UX Design Intern to join our User Experience team and help craft intuitive, efficient product experiences for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to simplify complex workflows into usable interfaces.

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in an enterprise product environment, contributing to real features used by real clients.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating problem framing and understanding of user needs.
• Familiarity with AI tools to assist UX designers with wireframing, content, or research synthesis.
• Screens and flows in portfolio; real AI-integration examples encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive product experiences.
• Contribute to user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Support user research planning, notes, and synthesis.
• Create and maintain design system components and documentation.
• Produce interaction specs and handoff docs for engineers.
• Participate in design critiques and iterate on feedback.
• Prototype concepts to validate with stakeholders and users.
• Coordinate with UX writers to ensure clear in-product copy.
• Conduct competitive analyses to inform design decisions.
• Document learnings and improve design processes over time.
