Job summary

Taplot AI is seeking a UI designer with great taste to make Taplot look and feel beautiful across creator studio and player for web and mobile.

You will own the visual details—from layout and typography to color, iconography and motion—working directly with the founder and engineers. Designs ship in days, not quarters. Remote contract, part‑time or full-time, paid per project or hourly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing strong visual taste and polished UI.
• Figma fluency is required.
• Comfort using AI tools in your own design work.
• English + Mandarin Chinese is a plus (team works in both).
• Interest in games, interactive stories or short drama is a plus.
• Background in graphic, print, brand or visual design is a plus.

Vizzy Labs builds Taplot (taplot.ai), where anyone can make and play AI interactive films and games. We're looking for a UI designer with great taste to make Taplot look and feel beautiful.

What you'll do

• Design screens for Taplot's creator studio and player (web + mobile), from first sketch to polished high-fidelity UI.
• Own the visual details: layout, typography, color, iconography and motion.
• Work directly with the founder and engineers. Your designs ship in days, not quarters.

What we look for

• A portfolio that shows strong visual taste and polished UI. This matters more than anything else.
• Figma fluency.
• Comfort using AI tools in your own design work.
• English + Mandarin Chinese is a plus (the team works in both).
• Interest in games, interactive stories or short drama is a plus.
• A background in graphic, print, brand or visual design is a plus.

Junior and senior designers are both welcome.

Terms: remote contract, part-time or full-time, flexible hours. Paid per project or hourly, depending on experience.
