CodeIntegrity is seeking a Product Designer to craft the UX used by product security and engineering teams to govern AI agents and MCPs. You will own the experience from initial sketches to shipped interfaces, shaping activity, permissions, and security decisions.

Job description

AI agents are changing how enterprises operate. Companies want to move fast with MCPs and agents, but they need a way to do it safely.

CodeIntegrity is the platform security teams use to control MCPs and agents, built for companies deploying AI across the enterprise. We raised $5 million from SYN Ventures, Antler, and Boost, and we are a small team, mostly engineers, shipping fast. We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.

What You Will Do

You'll design the product security and engineering teams use to understand and control AI agents. Own the experience from the first sketch to the shipped interface, making complex activity, permissions, and security decisions easy to navigate and act on.

• Start with the user's problem. Talk with customers, understand how they investigate activity and manage policies, and turn what you learn into clear design priorities.
• Own complete workflows. Design onboarding, agent inventory, activity investigations, and policy configuration. Help users understand what an agent did, why an action was flagged or blocked, and what they can do next.
• Make detailed interfaces feel simple. Bring clear information hierarchy, thoughtful interactions, and polished visual design to tables, filters, dashboards, and forms. Write interface copy that explains actions and their consequences.
• Prototype and test ideas. Use Figma and interactive prototypes to explore alternatives with engineers and customers. Validate whether people can complete key tasks, then improve the design using feedback and product data.
• Build reusable patterns. Maintain components and interaction guidelines that keep the product consistent and accessible. Design for keyboard use, different screen sizes, and loading, empty, and error states.
• Stay involved through release. Work with engineers on technical constraints and implementation details, review the working product, and follow up on usability issues after launch.

What We Need

• You've designed and shipped web applications, with a portfolio that explains the problem, your contribution, design decisions, and what you learned from the result.
• You have strong visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, information hierarchy, and navigation.
• You can turn complex workflows and dense data into interfaces people can understand and use confidently.
• You're comfortable working in Figma with components, auto layout, and interactive prototypes, and applying accessibility and responsive design principles.
• You can run focused customer conversations and usability sessions, explain tradeoffs, and work closely with engineers to ship a practical solution.
• You take initiative, make progress when requirements are still forming, and care about the details of the finished product.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software.
• Experience with data visualization, policy management, or investigation workflows.
• Familiarity with AI agents and how they use tools and data.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, or experience building prototypes with code or AI tools.
