Job summary

CodeIntegrity, Inc. is looking for a skilled engineer to build product systems for AI agents that enterprises can rely on. You will develop backend services for agent connections, and improve product integration surfaces for critical enterprise systems.

AI agents are changing how enterprises operate. Companies want to move fast with MCPs and agents, but they need a way to do it safely.

CodeIntegrity is the platform security teams use to control MCPs and agents, built for companies deploying AI across the enterprise. We raised $5 million from SYN Ventures, Antler, and Boost, and we are a small team, mostly engineers, shipping fast. We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.

What You Will Do

You’ll build the product systems enterprises use to control AI agents across tools, identities, and workflows.

• Build backend services for agent connections, tool access, execution records, and control workflows.
• Design APIs and data models that make agent activity reliable and understandable.
• Own production paths where authentication, state, latency, and failure handling matter.
• Improve product integration surfaces for teams connecting agents to enterprise systems.
• Set a high engineering bar through code review, technical mentorship, and clear implementation choices.

What We Need

• You have built production platforms that other teams or customers rely on.
• You can design APIs, data models, and backend systems that stay simple as the product grows.
• You understand state, permissions, identity, and reliability in real production systems.
• You can take an ambiguous product problem and turn it into working software.
• You write code that is clear, maintainable, and easy for a small team to operate.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the MCP specification and how MCP servers are built and used.
• Experience with identity, authentication, authorization, gateways, or related access-control systems.
