Job description

Most AI companies sell tools. We transform how businesses run.

Peach Pilot builds a platform that ingests everything about how a company operates—every system, every process, every signal. It constructs a Company Brain, a living knowledge graph that connects people, decisions, and outcomes across the entire organization. We deploy 92 pre‑built AI agents that work together across every business function, governed by humans at every critical step. The system gets smarter with every interaction.

We don't sell software licenses. We embed into a client's operation, learn their business in weeks, show them what's broken backed by their own data, and redesign their highest‑impact business functions with AI. Our first vertical is insurance, and our first client engagement is already scoped and funded.

Peach Pilot is co‑founded by Mario Montag (Predikto acquired by a Fortune 50; McKinsey, PwC) and JP James (Hive Financial Assets, Georgia Tech, TITAN 100). We have a working platform with live infrastructure and a proven data‑to‑insights methodology.

The Role

You are designing the interfaces where AI changes how a business runs. These are the screens CEOs and operations leaders use to see what's broken in their company, review what our agents are recommending, and decide whether to act. The product is the moment of trust, and the interface is what earns it.

This is a UX/UI design role that spans the full arc of product design—from low‑fidelity exploration to prototyping, user research with our actual customers, and polished, production‑ready interfaces. You design the experience end‑to‑end and work hand in hand with engineering to get it built right. The closer you are to code, the better, but your craft is design.

There is a lot of interesting design territory in front of you that doesn't have established patterns yet. How do you visualize uncertainty in an AI recommendation without making it feel shaky? How do you show an executive what their own business looks like through a knowledge graph in a way they can read in ten seconds? What do streaming responses, approval flows, and human‑in‑the‑loop governance look like when they're actually well‑designed? You'll help figure that out, alongside a small team who care about the answers.

If you love the craft side of this work—the typography, motion, rhythm of an interaction, and you’re comfortable enough around code to make your designs real—you’ll be at home here.

What You’ll Own

The Company X‑Ray Interface

Design the surface where a client first sees what is broken in their business, backed by their own data. These dashboards expose performance gaps, misaligned resources, and missed revenue in plain language with rich visual context. This is the moment that sells the engagement and earns client trust. Every interaction, every transition, every data visualization is yours.

Agent Runtime & Human‑in‑the‑Loop Interfaces

Design the surfaces where AI agents communicate with the humans who govern them. Approval flows, escalations, recommendation reviews, streaming responses, uncertainty signaling—these are the interactions that determine whether clients trust the system enough to act on it.

Design System for an Agentic Product

Establish and own the component library, interaction patterns, and visual language for the platform. Few products exist that look like ours yet. You are not picking a UI kit off the shelf—you’re defining one.

Build the charts, graphs, and visual narratives that turn graph traversals and agent outputs into something a non‑technical executive can read in ten seconds and act on. We work in Recharts for most things, Plotly when we need more, and D3 when we need to invent.

The Stack

You don't need to know all of these. Bring strength in the areas you care about and openness to the rest.

  • Product Design: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Penpot, Framer
  • AI‑Assisted Design & Rapid Prototyping: v0 by Vercel, Lovable, Subframe, Bolt, Magic Patterns, tldraw + make‑real, Google Stitch (formerly Galileo AI)
  • Motion & Hi‑Fi Prototyping: Rive, Lottie, ProtoPie, Origami Studio
  • What Engineering Builds In: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS (helpful to be familiar, not required)
  • Design Systems: Storybook, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Tokens Studio
  • Research & Analytics: Maze, UserTesting, PostHog, FullStory, Hotjar
  • Accessibility: axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse
  • Data Visualization: Recharts, Plotly, D3 (we use these, no expertise required up front)
  • AI Foundation You'll Design For: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, multi‑model routing via LiteLLM
Who You Are
  • 7+ years designing and shipping production interfaces, including products taken from zero to one.
  • Proven ability to take products from low‑fidelity concepts to polished, production‑ready interfaces.
  • Technically fluent. You’re comfortable working close to code (HTML, CSS, and ideally some React or TypeScript) and partner well with engineers to get your designs built faithfully. You don’t need to ship production code.
  • Strong prototyping chops in any flavor. Figma‑to‑code workflows, AI‑assisted rapid prototyping (v0, Lovable, Subframe), Framer, ProtoPie, or building straight in code.
  • Experience building design systems or component libraries for consistency and scalability.
  • A data‑informed mindset and real comfort analyzing user behavior and soliciting feedback directly from our customers.
  • You have designed for AI products. Streaming responses, model uncertainty, human‑in‑the‑loop flows, or agentic interactions are things you have thought hard about.
  • Startup DNA. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and love crafting from 0 to 1.
  • Interest in security, privacy, or developer tools. Any of these UX domains gives you the right instincts for the trust‑and‑governance work you’ll do here.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with React data visualization (Recharts, Plotly, D3, or similar). Happy to ramp on the job if not.
  • Motion fluency (Rive, Lottie, advanced Figma motion).
  • Experience designing for dense data and knowledge graph interfaces.
  • Accessibility expertise (WCAG, axe, Lighthouse, screen reader testing).
What Makes This Different

You are joining a proven founder’s second company with established domain credibility. We have a working platform with live infrastructure and a first client engagement already in motion. The interface you design is what the C‑suite of every client we engage will see, and what they will judge us by.

Every engagement makes the platform smarter. Every screen you ship gets seen by executives making real decisions on their own business data.

We pay market rates and offer meaningful founding‑team equity.

  • Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); flexible PTO
  • Location: Hybrid from our Buckhead office 3 days/week.
The Clincher

Show us a screen you designed and built where the hardest part wasn’t the design. It was making something genuinely complex feel obvious to a non‑technical user. Walk us through what you built, what you learned along the way, and what you’d do differently next time.
