Job description

An automotive technology organization in Irvine, CA 92606 is seeking a Temporary UI/UX Designer to support mobile app and web portal initiatives. This contract role focuses on shaping customer-facing digital experiences end to end, from early concepts through validation of implemented UI.

You will work onsite and collaborate with product, business, and development partners to translate requirements into clear, usable interactions. The assignment is expected to continue through April 30, 2027 as a short-term engagement with ongoing digital product needs.

What you’ll do

• Design user-friendly experiences for mobile applications and web-based customer portals
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interface designs
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to turn requirements into intuitive experiences
• Develop and maintain design assets while keeping alignment with branding and usability standards
• Review and validate software implementations, conduct QA testing, and ensure customer journeys match approved designs
• Support ongoing enhancements to digital products and customer experience
• Collaborate across functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on schedule

What you bring

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience for mobile apps, digital platforms, or customer-facing products
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
