Job summary

Stradit is seeking an accomplished User Experience Designer to lead enterprise web and mobile UX/UI initiatives. You will conduct research, craft personas and journey maps, and shape end-to-end experiences that align with business goals.

You will design wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces, ensuring accessibility and design system consistency across platforms. Collaboration with Product, BA, and Engineering teams in Agile settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HCI/Design/CS or related field.
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs.
