Job description

UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Lead and present design concepts, articulating the rationale behind choices to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining design standards, patterns, and system components based on research and best practices.
  • Incorporate accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles to enhance usability across devices and user needs.
UX/UI Designer Qualifications:
  • Portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs demonstrating your process and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or Digital Design; MFA or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Over 7 years of experience in product or user experience design within relevant industries.
  • Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Proven success leading multiple design efforts and working within Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate user needs into engaging, accessible experiences
