Job summary

Yorkshire Global Solutions Inc. is hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will lead UX research and create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that guide product development.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA in an Agile environment to ensure pixel-perfect delivery and优秀 usability across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile interfaces aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive designs using Figma, XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, Developers, and QA to translate requirements into engaging experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, style guides, and branding across digital products.
• Validate concepts through usability testing, user feedback, and A/B testing for improved usability.

Job Description

• Design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile application interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences while aligning with business goals.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to transform business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, style guides, and branding standards across multiple digital products.
• Validate design concepts through usability testing, user feedback, A/B testing, and iterative improvements to enhance product usability.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, design reviews, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs using HTML, CSS, and modern design principles.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, interaction specifications, and user experience guidelines while continuously improving product usability and customer satisfaction.
