Responsibilities

• Reviews, examinations, investigations, develops, and adjudicates unemployment claims to verify the work performed by other examiners and determine entitlement or disqualification.
• Interviews and assists individuals regarding erroneous claims and determines eligibility and entitlement to benefits.
• Determines eligibility by applying statutory requirements and assigns the highest benefits rate accordingly; responds to information inquiries on unemployment insurance.
