Job summary

CLOUD ANALYTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a UI Architect to lead the modernization of the FIOS Suite, defining micro frontend architecture, routing, shell, and cross-team collaboration. The role requires coordinating across product, design, and backend teams to ensure a scalable, cohesive UI framework.

Candidates should have deep expertise in module federation, web components, legacy UI migration, shared UI libraries, and BFF-based patterns, plus a strategy for incremental migration,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of micro frontend patterns and architecture.
• Experience migrating legacy UI and integrating with new frontends.
• Familiarity with shared UI libraries and design systems.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and BFF patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall micro frontend architecture (routing, shell/container, communication).
• Design a strategy for incremental migration of legacy screens to micro frontends.
• Establish UI consistency, theming, and branding across micro frontends.
• Plan for shared authentication, authorization, and session management.
• Enable seamless integration of new micro frontends with existing legacy modules during transition.
• Define contracts for inter-micro frontend communication (events, shared state, APIs).
• Ensure backward compatibility and minimize disruption to business users.
• Architect build and deployment pipelines for independent frontend teams.
• Plan for versioning, rollback, and hot-reload capabilities.
• Optimize for fast load times (code splitting, lazy loading, CDN usage).
• Plan monitoring, logging, and error tracking in distributed UI.
• Ensure secure communication between micro frontends and backend services.
• Comply with accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Drive a unified, intuitive, and responsive user experience across modules.
• Enable user personalization and role-based UI rendering.
• Document architecture, design patterns, and migration guidelines.
• Define coding standards, review processes, and UI governance.
• Mentor and guide UI/UX and frontend teams.
• Collaborate with business, product owners, and backend architects.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of micro frontend patterns (Module Federation, Web Components, etc.)
