Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Frontend Architect to lead micro frontend strategy, define architecture, and drive a large-scale UI modernization initiative.

The role focuses on modular frontend design, migration planning, and governance across teams to deliver a cohesive, high-performance user experience for a broad user base.

Responsibilities

• Define overall micro frontend architecture and routing.
• Plan incremental migration of legacy screens to micro frontends.
• Establish UI governance, theming, and branding standards.
• Plan shared authentication and session management across modules.
• Collaborate with business, product, and backend teams on modernization roadmap.
• Mentor frontend teams and document patterns and guidelines.

Job description

1. Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of micro frontend patterns (Module Federation, Web Components, etc.)
• Experience with legacy UI migration and integration strategies
• Familiarity with shared UI libraries
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns
• * Should have expertise in material up
• Define the overall micro frontend architecture (routing, shell/container, communication)
• Design a strategy for incremental migration of legacy screens to micro frontends
• Establish standards for UI consistency, theming, and branding across micro frontends
• Plan for shared authentication, authorization, and session management
• Enable seamless integration of new micro frontends with existing legacy modules during transition
• Define contracts for inter-micro frontend communication (events, shared state, APIs)
• Ensure backward compatibility and minimal disruption to business users

4. DevOps & CI/CD

• Architect build and deployment pipelines for independent micro frontend teams
• Enable independent development, testing, and deployment of micro frontends
• Plan for versioning, rollback, and hot-reload capabilities

5. Performance & Scalability

• Optimize for fast load times (code splitting, lazy loading, CDN usage)
• Ensure scalability for large user bases and high concurrency
• Plan for monitoring, logging, and error tracking in distributed UI

6. Security & Compliance

• Ensure secure communication between micro frontends and backend services
• Comply with accessibility and regulatory standards

7. User Experience

• Drive a unified, intuitive, and responsive user experience across all modules
• Enable user personalization and role-based UI rendering

8. Documentation & Governance

• Document architecture, design patterns, and migration guidelines
• Define coding standards, review processes, and UI governance
• Mentor and guide UI /UX and frontend teams

9. Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with business, product owners, and backend architects
• Present modernization roadmap, risks, and progress to leadership
