Job summary

Air Products is seeking a UHP Technician to install, startup, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Ultra High Purity gas systems used in electronics and semiconductor environments. The role requires a strong technical background, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently at customer sites.

You will support field service, preventive maintenance, and project execution across the region, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in industrial/mechanical/electrical/process systems.
• Experience performing field service, maintenance, commissioning, or repair in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UHP gas systems and equipment.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Diagnose mechanical, process, instrumentation, and control system issues and implement solutions.
• Read P&IDs, electrical drawings, and equipment manuals to support service activities.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues and communicate project status.
• Develop work scopes and field execution plans; support safety and compliance.
