You will support Wealth Advisors and UHNW clients, coordinate with the Centralized Investment Operations team, and help manage accounts, funding, and documentation with precision.

The role emphasizes high-touch service, strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and collaboration with custodians to ensure accurate money movements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required – Finance or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting UHNW clients in wealth/investment management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors and Clients directly, partnering with Operations to meet client needs.
• Service UHNW clients with timely, accurate processing of transactions.
• Interact with centralized Operations and custodians to ensure requests are processed correctly.
