Job summary

AlTi Tiedemann Global in Dallas seeks a Client Service Associate to support UHNW clients within the Firm’s Client Operations team. You will ensure data accuracy, process client requests, and coordinate with custodians and internal operations to deliver high-quality service.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in financial services, a Finance or Business background, and strong MS Office skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Client Service Teams to service the Firm’s UHNW clients.
• Accountability for client relationships including data accuracy and documentation through internal systems.
• Coordinate with custodians and Operations teams to ensure requests are processed correctly.
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Manage opening and closing of accounts including SMA’s and brokerage.
• Oversee cash and security movements (deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, journals).
• Review billing for accuracy.
