Job summary

NewEdge Wealth in Houston, TX seeks a Client Service Associate to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing reporting, operational, and marketing support to UHNW clients. You will work directly with clients to facilitate, monitor, and report on investments and services, and prepare asset allocation reviews and investment proposals.

Reporting to the advisor team, you will produce portfolio analyses, coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM records, and develop customized marketing

Qualifications

2–5 years of client service experience in wealth management.
Series 7 and/or 65 licenses or willingness to obtain.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor and client-focused approach.
Experience maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

Provide clients with statements, tax documents, and portfolio information while delivering exceptional service and responsiveness.
Generate portfolio reports and analyses, including performance, holdings, transaction activity, tax summaries, income, and fee reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activities to support operational efficiency.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members to facilitate successful integration into the firm.
