Westwood Wealth seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to provide white-glove, concierge-level support to UHNW clients and advisors in Houston. You will help onboard clients, manage information, and coordinate complex financial transactions with precision and discretion.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, confidentiality, and cross-team collaboration, including mentorship of junior staff and standards-setting to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in a client service organization.
• Experience with High Net-Worth and/or Ultra High Net-Worth families; trust administration preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal client point person, assisting advisors to nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide timely updates and confirmations to clients regarding account status and requests.
• Serve as trusted service lead for sophisticated families.
• Onboarding: collect, organize, and maintain client information with accuracy and discretion.
• Manage distributions and sensitive transactions with independence.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date client files and records, including scanning mail and updating relevant tools, systems, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate complex processes such as estate processing, tax planning, and valuations.
• Participate in cross-team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train junior associates; set quality and accuracy standards.
