International Search Consultants seeks a Client Service Associate for its Delaware office to support UHNW clients and Wealth Advisors. You will coordinate with Operations, custodians, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of money movements and account activity.

The role involves preparing paperwork, handling KYC, and assisting with reports and presentations while leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Strong attention to detail and client focus are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business preferred.
• 3+ years supporting UHNW clients within wealth/investment management.
• Advanced MS Office; strong Excel, Acrobat and PowerPoint skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Support Advisors and Clients directly; partner with Operations to manage client needs.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors to service UHNW Clients.
• Interact with centralized Operations teams; work with custodians and internal teams on requests.
• Assist with portfolio rebalancing, document prep, and money movements.
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Open/close accounts including SMA’s and brokerage accounts.
• Handle KYC profiles and searches; manage cash and security movements.
• Assist with presentations using PowerPoint and Excel; review billing.
• Prepare performance reports; update Salesforce, Addepar, and Black Diamond.
