Citizens Financial is seeking a Private Bank Lending professional to evaluate and approve complex lending requests for UHNW clients, including specialty products like securities-based and custom lending. The role requires strong credit risk expertise and thorough knowledge of policy and regulatory requirements.

You will manage the full loan lifecycle, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining high standards of client service and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis tools, and banking software.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and integrity.
• 3-5+ years of credit risk experience in financial services, with specialty lending/SBL.
• In-depth knowledge of bank loan, deposit, mortgage and credit products.
• Understanding of overall credit capabilities and risk management philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and approve lending requests for private banking/UHNW clients, including specialty lending products.
• Know Citizens Private Bank's credit policy, origination systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high quality control for verifying loan documents.
• Manage end-to-end loan process from inquiry through post-closing with partners.
• Monitor pipeline to ensure timely closings.
• Review financial statements and credit history to assess creditworthiness.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with borrowing clients.
• Advise, negotiate and execute loan structures.
• Stay current on lending products, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Private Bank teams, investment advisors, and trust services to deliver lending solutions.
• Ensure lending activities comply with policies and fiduciary obligations.
