Citi Wealth in New York is seeking an experienced Lending Generalist to drive origination and analysis for UHNW clients within Citi Private Bank partnerships. The role focuses on advising clients, structuring bespoke loans, and maintaining a strong deal pipeline across private banking lending solutions.

The candidate should have extensive credit experience, strong communication, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to support Citi Wealth’s lending growth aspirations.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience in UHNW lending origination and credit analysis in a private bank.
• Ability to advise clients and creatively structure sophisticated solutions.
• Formal credit training experience preferred.
• Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred.
• Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain a strong partnership with the Citi Private Bank (CPB) Banker teams to proactively identify lending opportunities with their clients and prospects through account planning.
• Join client and prospect meetings with Bankers to raise awareness of the solutions that are available.
• Advise clients and Bankers on appropriate bespoke lending solutions and drive a culture of excellence in execution in the region.
• Act as the subject matter expert and first line of control lending opportunities. The Lending Advisors partner with in-business Underwriting team and 2nd line risk to pre-screen requests and structure bespoke loan proposals that meet the client need while managing overall Firm targets.
• Establish a reputation of execution and excellence in execution for clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of lending opportunities as part of the wider Citi Wealth lending growth aspirations.
