Citizens Financial Group’s Private Bank arm seeks a Specialty Lending & Custom Credit Associate to structure and manage credit solutions for UHNW clients. You will work with relationship managers, underwriters, and portfolio teams to ensure compliant, timely funding and strong credit quality.

You’ll analyze financials, draft credit terms, and coordinate across credit risk, legal, and operations to deliver tailored lending solutions in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• MBA will be considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and approve lending requests for private banking/UHNW clients, including specialty lending credit products such as custom lending, partner lending, and SBL.
• Maintain high quality control for verifying accuracy of financial and loan documents.
• Manage end-to-end loan process from inquiry to closing and post-closing requests.
• Monitor pipeline to ensure timely closings and compliance with policy.
