Qualifications

• 15+ years of UHNW lending experience.
• Experience leading a high performing lending team.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments and loan products.
• Ability to advise on optimal loan structures and bespoke solutions.
• Experience structuring loans across assets including complex securities, CRE and luxury assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexible and independent in a demanding environment.
• Completion of formal credit training program preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Coast Lending Advisor Team to expand the regional client base.
