Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, design, art gallery, couture, or luxury hospitality.
• Proven success in client development and repeat business generation.
• Existing network within Miami luxury circles is highly valued.
• Experience serving UHNW/HNW clientele preferred.
• Refined personal presentation and sophisticated communication style.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine passion for building business.
• Fluent in English, additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese are highly valued.

• Provide impeccable white-glove service, ensuring personal and elevated interactions.
• Create a welcoming boutique atmosphere that is elegant and emotionally resonant.

• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Execute strategic follow-up, appointments, and personalized client engagement.
• Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio using CRM strategies.
• Drive repeat business through after-sales care and bespoke outreach.
• Understand client milestones and gifting opportunities to create personalized service.
• Activate VIP relationships and ambassadors for the Maison.
