Moncler is seeking a Community Engagement Manager for the Fifth Avenue flagship in New York. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and converting UHNW/HNW clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and local community initiatives.

As a key brand ambassador, you will build relationships with influential individuals, cultural institutions, and luxury service providers to drive client acquisition, brand visibility, and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Must develop relationships with UHNW/HNW clients and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Ability to create partnerships with luxury service providers and cultural institutions.
• Experience in developing local strategies to expand brand presence in a luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with UHNW/HNW clients for Moncler's Fifth Avenue flagship.
• Create strategies to attract new local and international clientele.
• Partner with store leadership and client advisors to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build a pipeline of influential partnerships and cultural leaders to drive client acquisition and sales.
• Generate measurable opportunities through networking, referrals, and community initiatives.
• Track client acquisition and business generation metrics and report results.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, luxury hotels, private clubs, and wealth management firms to drive growth.
